عزيز القارئ- هناك لغط يتداول بين أبناء الجالية وبالأخص بين بعض من أرباب العمل بحيث أنهم على قناعة تامة بأنه على العامل الأجنبي الحامل لتأشيرة مؤقتة بأن يدفع كل الرسوم العائدة للمعاهد الدراسية سواء أكانت مدارس ابتدائية أو ثانوية أو جامعية أو مهنية والتي تلقن العلم لأولاد العامل الأجنبي.. إن هذا المفهوم هو خاطئ- وغير قانوني ويعرّض رب العمل إلى غرامات قانونية جمة ومعاقبة من قبل دائرة الهجرة.
إذاً إن المفهوم الصحيح هو أن على رب العمل أن يدفع كل الرسوم العائدة للمعاهد الدراسية التي يدرس فيها أولاد العامل الأجنبي وهو المسؤول الأول عن الرسوم المذكورة.
